Infrastructure advisory for the AI era.
Bloom Advisory helps organizations design, operate, and govern the platforms that AI runs on, treating network, storage, and compute as one system, with the economics measured alongside the architecture.
Practice areas
-
AI infrastructure & platform strategy
Architecture for AI-era platforms: GPU and accelerator infrastructure, data platforms, observability, and the control planes that govern agentic systems in production.
-
Cloud economics & FinOps
Cost architecture as a first-class design input: capacity planning, commitment strategy, token and inference economics, and the telemetry to manage all of it from data rather than doctrine.
-
Enterprise AI adoption
Practical adoption of frontier AI, including Claude and the Model Context Protocol, agent tooling, and the governance and enforcement layers that let regulated organizations deploy with confidence.
